A Tigard couple found themselves in the Yamhill County jail after a drug bust last week in Newberg.
Officers from the Newberg-Dundee Police Department got a tip that the couple — Chelsa Renee Glaser, 26, and Carlos Alberto Santos, 29 — were expected to deliver a large quantity of methamphetamine on May 2, a release from the department said.
