Outside hitter Maya Adams and middle blocker Camille Kassebaum are two of just three returning varsity players for Newberg this fall. The Tigers will be a small team this year, so the duo’s play at the net will be critical to the team’s success.
With just three players back from last year’s young and inexperienced varsity squad, Newberg may go through some of the same growing pains again this fall in head coach Leiliani Kamahoahoa’s second year with the program.
