Sarah Marcus and Jim Hoffman, proprietors of Briar Rose Creamery, took home no less than five ribbons from this year’s American Dairy Goat Association competitions — the largest haul of any Northwest cheesemaker.
The Dundee-based Briar Rose Creamery made a splash at the 2012 American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA) competitions in Boise, Idaho, this year, continuing to raise the profile of the three-year-old artisan cheesemaking operation.
