College Street LID will move forward

Newberg government — The City Council continues to pursue a proposal that will allow city to recoup $195,000 in costs for roadway improvements

   The Newberg City Council directed staff on Monday to prepare a report for the formation of a local improvement district on a half-mile stretch of College Street.
