Dundee’s new fire station will, if the deal goes through, take the place of the town’s iconic purple house, which sits just down Highway 99W from the current station, after its owner agreed to sell the property he had long wanted to develop.
    The Dundee Fire District likely won’t have to go very far when it comes time to move into its new, yet-to-be-built fire station, after the city moved to purchase the notorious “purple house” property just down the street from the current facility.
