The properties across from Providence Newberg Medical Center haven’t been developed since their annexations and one has been listed for sale.
Despite speaking to various individuals and entities in Newberg about potentially developing a park across from Providence Newberg Medical Center, on property currently zoned for residential and commercial development and annexed a few years ago only after considerable effort, The Trust for Public Land has no intention to make its plan public at this time.
