The scene at the corner of Sheridan and Blaine streets Sunday was one of debris and stopped traffic after a tree limb fell at about 11:30 a.m.
Thousands of residences and some businesses were left without power Sunday after an ancient white oak tree lost a branch at the intersection of Sheridan and Blaine streets.
