‘Facing the light’ —
Though some of Douglas Campbell’s work touches on darker themes, like this painting titled ‘I Was in Prison,’ the artist said he still strives to present negative things in ‘a way that shows you’re trying to deal with it.’
“Facing the Light,” an exhibit on display at George Fox University’s Minthorne and Lindgren galleries this month, showcases the work of a single artist, Douglas Campbell.
