With unemployment rates remaining stubbornly high across Oregon in the wake of the nation’s recent recession, it appears an increasing number of enterprising Newberg-area residents are turning to so-called “sideline” businesses — a for-profit enterprise in addition to an individual’s full-time job — in order to make ends meet.
