An artist’s rendering illustrates what Marquis Companies’ new, $3.8 million skilled nursing facility near Providence Newberg Medical Center will look like. The project was unanimously approved by the Newberg Planning Commission last week, and construction is expected to begin in December.
Milwaukie-based Marquis Companies plans to build a new, $3.8 million skilled-nursing facility in Newberg, which it hopes to begin constructing next month and open sometime in November 2013.
