The Honorable Cynthia Easterday, Yamhill County Circuit Court Judge, was recently named a 2012 Chief Justice Juvenile Court Champion for her help with the Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteer program, which is key to resolving custody issues related to child abuse and neglect.
