Police say four suspects in McMinnville crimes admitted to passing fraudulent checks locally

   McMINNVILLE — Four people were arrested at a convenience store in McMinn-ville Tuesday for their suspected involvement in a fraudulent check scheme police believe reached at least as far as Newberg.
