Victoria Nelson, a freshman fashion merchandising major from Corvallis, spent Serve Day 2012 making the streets of Newberg a little cleaner.
It was like an invasion of elves. All across Newberg, cheerful young people washed windows, wiped down toys, spread bark dust, removed rocks or otherwise helped clean and buff the city.
