A few hours after hearing more than four hours of closing arguments in the murder trial of Kevin Jarnagin, the Newberg man accused in the death of 7-month-old Aleeha Hardaway in July 2009, Yamhill County Circuit Court Judge John Collins ruled: not guilty on seven of eight charges.
