Andrew Kiser, friends, family and church members descended on the parking lot before the emergency room on Sept. 22 to put the finishing touches on a garden in memory of the late Dr. Mary Foster.
  Andrew Kiser never knew Mary Foster, but that didn’t stop the 17-year-old from building a beautiful new memorial garden for her at Providence Newberg Medical Center.
