Newberg government — Procedural rule allows previous decision to be reconsidered, issue is tabled

   Newberg’s quest to expand its south industrial urban growth boundary (UGB) by 260 acres took another turn last week, as a flurry of motions approved near the end of the City Council’s Feb.
