Hispanic workers say language, economic factors can be barriers, but opportunities for advancement exist

   Hispanics represented 13 percent of Yamhill County’s work force — a larger share than the 9 percent average statewide — in 2011, according to a recent report by the Oregon Employment Department, and those numbers are only expected to grow over time.
