Council narrowly approves proceeding with UGB plan

Newberg government — By a 4-3 vote, council agrees to ask Yamhill County Board of Commissioners to pass UGB proposal as presented

   The Newberg City Council voted to proceed with its 260-acre expansion of the south industrial urban growth boundary (UGB) as originally presented at its most recent meeting, but it was by no means a unified decision.
