DA’s office reviewing Oct. 8 fatal crash

Public safety — Objectivity concerns by 1-year-old victim’s family had led OSP to take lead role in investigation

   The results of an investigation into the October crash that killed a Newberg infant have been forwarded onto the Yamhill County district attorney’s office, which will review the case for possible criminal charges.
